the little clear tray on top of the regular tray is dishwasher safe and it's nice for when juice get's spilled on it it just pops right off.

for some reason, say your child is at the dinner table and reaches up to the table to get something to put on his tray...the entire kitchen chair that the seat is strapped to leans forward on 2 legs.
