so this product being able to store away is excellent and it's safe, roomy and very cute!
safe and easy to install.
the plastic eating tray has an easy to clean smooth top and is dishwasher safe.
the point of straps is for safety, and they should not be easily removed from their base.
we bought it for the safety that its size affords and cannot understand criticizing this, but then again, we have a large kitchen and hallways where it does not interfere with surrounding traffic.
i do not have problem with the tray being too far away and this chair looks great in the kitchen comparing to the plastic versions of high chair, material is super soft and it has lots of padding.
when done, we roll to the kitchen sink to clean baby and chair.
this peg perego high chair has everything needed for safety, comfort and ease of use.
we've got an antsy and very messy one year old and he is perfectly content, comfortable and safe in this chair.
very safety.
pros: safe, sturdy, nice color, easy to clean tray, sleek and folds to save space.
i wanted a highchair that was comfortable for me and for him, that was adjustable in height, wasn't any larger than it needed to be, could be moved easily from room to room, was easy to assemble,
it perfectly matches our kitchen!
besides it has a certain style and can be a part of the kitchen or the dinning area.
after searching for a high chair for my 5 month old that is practical and not a complete eye sore for my kitchen, i decided to give this fisher price zen high chair a try.
so many people i know rave about the fp spacesaver, but we have a large eat-in kitchen, and i would rather have one of our chairs free then try to save space.
another favorite feature of mine is the removeable and dishwasher safe tray insert.
fits great, color goes well in my kitchen and my grandaughter dines in style now!
the only caveat for me is that the dishwasher-safe tray does not fit into my dishwasher, and i would be surprised if it fit into most dishwashers.
the tray is easy to clean, and it's nice that it is dishwasher safe (but it doesn't fit in my dishwasher).
it may be dishwasher safe but it is too big to utilize the feature.
my daughter loves just sitting in it if i am doing kitchen cleaning.
the only thing i was upset over was that after we owned it 6mo., the harness buckle broke, leaving me with an unsafe seat for a squirming baby.
nature of this product it gets really messy, and also the tray is dishwasher safe, but if you do that it gets water in it because the tray itself is not water tight) but that is the only downfall.
you should always strap your child in the highchair, and the straps on this seat are great and safe.
it has an insert that pops out easily and is dishwasher safe.
i don't use the straps on the chair as the tray safely snaps into place keeping him safe and secure.
this high chair is safer then some car seats.
it is so annoying i had to write a review to let people know that you should only buy this if you like finding food in the far corners of your kitchen.
overall, the entire chair feels like someone designed the chair so that it would just pass minimum safety requirements and didn't put any effort into it's quality.
yes, it is rather large, and no it doesn't fold but we keep it in the corner of our kitchen- no biggie.
it serves the purpose, safely holds my child while she eats...and it's cute too!
very good safety, easy to clean.
we have a very small kitchen and didn't realize just how gigantic the tray is.
i would not recomend this to anyone with a small kitchen or dining area unless you want to be overtaken by the high chair.
i also found that i was able to move it around my kitchen very easily when needed due to the front wheels.
now that she is in the "upright feeding mode" we do not even remove the safety bar (only the tray for cleaning).
my daughter is only 8 weeks old, yet she fits perfectly in the infant insert which also has straps for security, so that she can be in the kitchen with me.
it folds away nicely (although my wife insists on leaving it open because she thinks it looks cool in our kitchen).
i could imagine that could happen in a very tiny place but i don't think this is a problem in an average sized kitchen.
this is a huge problem i think for safety.
since we bought it for a small kitchen, this is a pain.
i put my baby in it straight away and she seemed safe secure and happy.
it has the retro look that my wife loves and the functionaltiy that makes it a welcome addition to our kitchen.
we bought fresco when it first came out (year or so ago) because we loved the look for our kitchen, and we are still loving it.
the product is lightweight so it is easy to move from the kitchen to the dining room and since everything on it is adjustable, we will be able to use it for a very long time.
"safety, innovation and high quality are features of all primo baby products designed and manufactured in europe or the usa!
the back feet don't come with wheels and not only that but on the bottom is stoppers so you can roll the high chair around the kitchen.
however, if you don't want to do that, i don't think it is safe at all.
