I was hesitant to buy this piece as our baby is already a year old, but we know from trail and error that we need a harness or belt to keep him in any highchair. The other reviews here are very discouraging and it's not a cheap extra so we were thinking of just getting another brand of chair altogether.
I agree somewhat with the other reviews, it is a little hard to get baby in and out at first. However, this is a great set and VERY safe.
My daughter is 9 months and in the 50% height and 50% weight range. I have been using the babyset since she is 6 months old and it has been rather difficult then fun. It is so hard to get him out of this seat.
My baby has been eating solid food since he was 4 months old. At first, I used to sit him on a bumbo chair which he couldn't sit still when I was feeding.
This baby set is supposed to be used for babies up to 18-24 months old, but its just impossible to put my 8 month old in and out of the chair without her crying! i have even tried to return my chair but the seller won't accept it back as i purchased it more than 30 days ago.
Yes, it looks nice in the picture but it will be very hard to put baby in and out. My baby legs were stuck when we trying to take her out of chair.
