I love this thing. Unlike many other products of it's kind, this one actually covers the entire area where the child is. there is no exposed metal for the kid to chew on (as is my one year old's favorite pass time).
I'm not a fussy mom that worries constantly about all the germs my child can pick up but, the store carts/high chairs are germ farms so I thought, better safe than sorry and bought this cover. It's a good design and I love the look.
I decided to get this cover based on the reviews and it was a good decision. It fits with any shopping cart even at Costco/SamsClub and they have bigger cart.
I give it 4 out of 5 because it does a good job at protecting my baby from the yucky cart. However, you have to use both hands.
Luckily the two important things - what I couldn't find in the reviews - were just what I wanted: 1. 100% cotton material (or some strong canvas), I hate polyester... and safety strap. Other plus:

I purchased this cover so that I can shop with my grandson without worrying about the germs that live on cart handles. This is great and will also keep him entertained.
We found that this fit onto most carts - even the really big ones at costco. It is pretty easy to put on, and does give pretty good protection from the germy carts and at least a **little** padding for the cart as well.
Fits all shopping carts and resturant high chairs I have used. My baby loves it.
This cover is great. Better than many others.
