Can't really rate the item since I was unable to use it as Amazon incorrectly paired it with the Stokke high chair I bought. They did not go together.
I bought the Tripp Trapp high chair thinking that I could use it with my nine-month old with just the harness that the chair comes with. WRONG!
I've had no problems with this rail. It's sturdier than I thought it would be, given the reviews.
Love this chair rail. It makes the tripp trapp more secure for younger babies.
My Stokke baby rail broke. Please be aware before purchasing the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, that there are safer (and less-expensive) options out there.
The baby rail was definitely useful keeping my active 6-month old in check, however... as she grew older her legs are much chubbier than before and it can be a pain to get her feet in when she stretches her legs.
The material of the baby rail is soft (specially for 6 months babies) and very comfortable to put the baby into it. Is the perfect accesory of the Tripp Trapp chair.
This product is an absolute must if using the high chair with an infant, especially when the baby still needs a little bit of support to sit. The plastic seems durable, yet fragile at the same time.
This would have been a great accessory for the Tripp Trapp chair were it not for the poorly-chosen material. Apparently, the baby rails sold in Europe are made of wood, whereas the ones available to the U.
We purchased the Tripp Trapp Baby Rail from Happy Mothers two months ago. Unfortunately, the first baby rail cracked within a week and Stokke sent us a replacement which has started to crack as well.
