i bought this product for my basement a while ago and it doesn''t work it doesn''t give any heat and when you call the people to find out what to do about it they don''t want to hear it.

i did extensive research and was led to believe reflective heater is just as good as traditional heater, only more energy efficient.

it is energy efficient supposedly at 400 and 800 watts....400 works all night in oscillation mode to keep my bedroom warm...but be forewarned also...there is no thermostat so it stays on.

if you like reflective heaters (they're energy efficient, noiseless, and quite effective if they're pointed at you but they're very bright, and they take a very long time to actually warm a room),
