I bought this product to replace a Soleus heater I had got back quite a few years ago. I like the quietness of the product, and the heat it gives off. from Amazon.com However, this year has been very cold for a long stretch of time, longer than any period I can remember. I loved the heater sold at Costco (Presto brand) because it works really well but I thought that 1000 watts was a little high. The Soleus, on the other hand, seemed affordable and, despite some negative reviews, I decided to get it.
