I was always upset that it seemed to auto shutdown on the heater so soon. That lasted a little while, and now the heater will not even turn on reliably, even in a cold room (50-60 F). I've owned it for less than a year and sent a note to Honeywell requesting an RMA, we'll see what happens. It's just full of faulty parts apparently, and I'm surprised the fan still works! from Amazon.com I have had this item for over a year and LOVE it!
