The first heater I purchased was perfect, but I had to return this one to Amazon because it arrived with a very inaccurate temperature gauge, off by 8 degrees according to a very accurate room thermometer; that was an important feature for me. from Amazon.com I've been using this for a week now. Works very well and it is very quiet. Only nits are the brightness of the LED and the fact that it forgets the heat settings when you un-plug to move it around.
