Pros: great remote, safe plastics, safety features, ceramic Cons: loud. cannot see digital read out if not standing directly over unit. from Shopping.com The only thing "heating" up since I purchased this heater earlier this week is my irritation. This had all the features I was looking for, overheat shutoff, tipover shutoff, oscillation, remote, and digital thermometer. from Target.com I had this heater for 1 week and the cord melted!!!! FIRE HAZARD!!!!!!!!!! from Target.com Oscillating capability stopped after 1 month. Now complete failure. from Amazon.com Only buy this if you can find it cheaper. So far, I've been using mine in a standard-sized bedroom, which is efficiently fills with warm air. I haven't tried it in a larger space, but since it so easily heats the air in my bedroom, I'm assuming it's capable of something larger as well. from Amazon.com Brought this heater a couple of months ago. Initially it worked great, and could heat up a small room in about 1/2 hour or so.
