We had to stand RIGHT next to the unit to get any heat at all. We also gave it plenty of time (45 min.) to warm up. I have a number of other patio heaters and this one just doesn't measure up. I was truly dissapointed as I expected more from Bernzomatic. from Homedepot.com We set this patio heater up and gave it an hour of warm-up time but it never delivered the output it claimed.
