I PURCHASED THE HZ515 LAST FEBRUARY & USED IT FOR 3 MONS AT MOST. THIS WINTER IT NO LONGER WORKED. from Amazon.com I love it, it is quiet and the right size for me. I spent $70 on the HZ-515 and don't know if I would want to spend much more. I use about $5 dollars a day in electric powering 2 of these guys along with everything else in my apartment (cost per kilowatt hour is $0.165). from Amazon.com In the great room, about 750 sf, it took the chill off, but we weren't toasty. If you want a blast of heat, get a heater with a fan. If you want a steady, silent source of warmth, the Honeywell HZ 515 works well. It does very little to heat my living area even if left on for hours. I got a Honeywell Mini Tower at the same time and it's a fabulous little guy.
