Best Heart Rate Monitors for Wrist

before this product i purchased a heart rate monitor that was able to monitor one's heart rate without a chest strap, thinking that merely having a wrist watch would be less of an inconvenience.

because of the short range of the transmitter, it hasn't interefered with other people using monitors (not yet, at least), but it allows my trainer to read my heart rate from its wrist monitor when

the ability to easily attach the display to the rowing machine, alongside its built in computer, is great as it makes it much easier to monitor than it would be on my wrist.

it rather quickly picks up my heart rate and displays it on an easy-to-read wrist band.

my heart rate is always accurate (against the machines at the gym and taking my pulse manually) and the information on the wrist unit is easy to read.

it would be nice to have a cloth, velcro closure for the wrist band rather than the plastic wrist strap.

the watch is small enough to fit my wrist comfortably, and has all the necessary features i needed (calories, heart rate, timers, etc.).

it's kind of scary when you cool down, walk out of the gym, and the gadget on your wrist is registering your hr at 200+!

the reason i considered this watch in the first place is that it is fairly small and fits small wrists.

i am a small person and it fits on my wrist without feeling bulky, although i do not wear it all the time.

my wife has been wanting a heart rate monitor watch for some time now; more specifically one without any pesky waste or wrist bands.

it was within a point of the hrm on the stationary bike and it fits my small wrist well.
