Best Heart Rate Monitors for Strap

it fits comfortably on my wrist and the heart band does not bother me at all.

it was ready to go out of the box and with a quick strap adjustment for chest size i put the monitor and watch on, pressed the red button and the number quickly came up.

it's extremely simple to use: make sure you wet the chest band first, put it on, turn on the monitor function - pow!

he explained that you have to remember to wet it slightly, before use, so your electrical heart pulses can be conducted to the transmitter on the chest band.

also, the chest strap if moved won't read your heart rate.....which if you are exercising and not paying complete attention to it.....

instructions are easy to follow, watch is not bulky like most other heart rate monitors (great for females), and chest strap is quite comfortable.

polar makes the best hr monitors, and it works with all their chest straps - coded and uncoded, and even with ones that are not from them.

it is comfortable and i am a large woman the elastic strap adjust easily.

important note to polar heart rate montior users: this unit will not work with the t31-coded chest strap!

to push two buttons to get a heart reading, and yes, that's awkward, especially when you're in the heat of a spin class, but it's not so difficult and it's a lot easier than strapping on a wire.
