it has a lot of great features including blue back light, stop watch, alarm, calorie counter, and heart rate. from Walmart.com it kinder inspires me to lose weight and i'm more aware of my calories burn. from Pricegrabber.com regarding calories counting function, it is nightmare. from Pricegrabber.com the monitor has been amazingly accurate. from Walmart.com it will also become more useful when i'll be exercising on my own, without a monitor. from Amazon.com it's easy to use, i recommend reading the instructions, and it's nice to check out my heart rate other than using the cardio machines at the gym that probably aren't calibrated correctly. from Amazon.com but, i love the heartrate monitor and the way it tracks how many calories you've burned during your workout. from Amazon.com it's especially useful when you just want to check your heart rate throughout the day or after a short unexpected exercise or brisk walk without planning. from Amazon.com my only complaint about this monitor is sometimes it has a hard time calculating your heart rate if your fingers are cold at the beginning of your workout, or if you have your hand above the level of from Amazon.com in my workout (which gives me acurate readings), and when i am done it tells me how many calories i have burned and even deducts them from my calories consumed for the day (but only if i want it to). from Amazon.com
