I purchased the Motorola H695 Bluetooth Headset, when I recently updated my cell phone with a Motorola model. It is easy to charge and use - conversations are heard clearly for caller & listener. from Amazon.com Pros: - very small- noise reduction working well- calls are as clear as made from the cell phone itself Cons: - limited battery life, need to remember to charge it every night Other Thoughts: i bought this item as a gift for a friend, being concerned about his driving and talking on the cell phone, which as a passenger i witnessed was not a very good thing for concentrating on the road. once he started using it, he discovered that he can also be in conference calls and have hands free to type on his laptop, improving his productivity. from Newegg.com Obviously, this product is mass produced so there will be a few defective units in a batch of thousands. I was the lucky one who got a bad unit. Wouldn't pair after hours of trying - wouldn't fully charge and the lights didn't match the instruction booklet. Called customer service (who claim to be "Bob" but sound more like Apu) and they were very frustrating to deal with. from Amazon.com I got this in the mail today and so far it has done what my other bluetooth headsets can't.
