These dont fall out of my ears. They sound great. The Bass sounds true not thumping. from Amazon.com I used to have some over the ear headphones and thought those would be the best to cancel out noise but after using the Shure SE110 I am convinced that they do a better job of reducing background noise than the over the ear headphones.
