After almost two years of use when in the car, the hard-plastic part dropped off the flexible part of the ear loop while I was wearing it. Then I lost the flexible part, so I cannot try an adhesive repair. (Plantronics does not know what adhesive to try. Super glue?) Other Thoughts: Ordering the same model as a replacement. from Newegg.com Im fascinated with this product, i previously owned a couple of nokia and motorola headsets, but they where pretty useless, this, on the other hand, are from another planet, when in comes to voice quality, sound, range, battery time, and build quality, Its totally funcional, and in some cases it actually can improve the comunication quality of your phone (some of my friends, that didnt notice that i was on a bluetooth headset, they just comment "Hey, i can hear you much better now", wich is awsome) from Amazon.com This bluetooth headset is great. As a BLuetooth Virgin I was flying blind, but this product have many favorable reviews on several other sites and I am not disappointed, and Amazon had the best price. from Amazon.com This device is stable when placed on the ear...and sound quality is excellent, however, the range (distance from phone) is limited and, on occassion, I have to literally place the phone near the device to receive a signal which completely defeats the purpose. I have noticed this occurs when signal strength indicator on the phone is weak. It isn't our first Plantronics headset, so I knew what to expect when setting it up (the first pairing is trivially easy, anything after that requires the manual to be handy). It paired and has worked flawlessly with my wife's iPhone. from Amazon.com Cons: Fairly long/large compared to what I see most people using (I prefer large myself). The fit does require readjustment if worn for extended periods of time. Wind and moderate music volume in the background don't get filtered out as much as some might expect (Sufficient enough for me though) Other Thoughts: This is a great purchase if you need a bluetooth that has a long battery life, have a large ear/head, or need decent noise reduction.
