I realized the clicking sound was in perfect sync with the blue flashing LED. This eliminates the clicking. Plantronics should fix this design flaw, but at least there is a workaround. from Newegg.com I've had the Plantronics 510 headset for about a month now and I'm pretty pleased with it.
