I absolutely love the H700c and have bought ones for other friends and family with no complaints. Not sure if some here just got a bad lot or something. from Amazon.com This Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset is very light, compact (fits in the smallest purse), and comfortable. I've had this product for a few weeks now and I am very satisfied with its performance, in fact it is so comfortable that I forget that I am wearing it. from Amazon.com Pros: light small Cons: I bought several in bulk and already in less than a month have several that stopped working (wont charge and turn on or wont enter in pairing mode). Other Thoughts: I am from a big corporate company with over 300 cell phones in use. from Newegg.com Pros: Very cute, Very handy, works like a charm right out the box. Cons: The H700 is very delicate. from Newegg.com I've had two H700 headsets. When I upgraded my cellphone, people would say they could not hear me clearly with the headset that I sounded as if I was at the bottom of the barrel. from Amazon.com Pros: Easiest to use, pairs quickly when flipped open Cons: Mine has some volume issues once in a while, a close and open cycle usually fixes it but means I have to end my phone call. Other Thoughts: I bought my first H700 2 years ago to go with my new Motorola Krazor. from Newegg.com The headset does not work. I followed the instructions as provided by Motorola's support website. from Amazon.com Pros: its cheap, its motorola, and its compatible with almost every device out there, decent call quality Cons: feels cheap and mine broke after about 2 months of active use (the shiny cover won't stay snapped on) from Newegg.com Pros: My previous H700 worked great for a couple years and then the mike went bad and the battery went bad. One of the few bluetooth appliances that actually worked with a Palm Treo 700wx. from Newegg.com I sent it back for a second one. The second device arrived but would not "pair". Motorola advised me that Amazon is not a licensed dealer and that the second device was also defective. Both devices were made in China. from Amazon.com
