I can usually keep it on for a 2-3 hours before my ear starts to get sore. Sound and microphone are very good, generally I can hear better with the headset than with the phone itself, and I've used this model headset with 3 different phones. The main flaw is the charger connection, which is unforunately common in Motorola products. Between my wife and I, we have owned seven Motorola phones and headsets, and the charger connection has worn out on almost all of them. from Buy.com Great price on this folding HS from Buy.com.
