noise cancelling and sound are better than bose.(bose are heavy on the low end freq) great product at a fantastic price compared to the bose unit.

this is my first set of noise-cancelling headphones and i find it amazing the way they block out all the "background" noise, yet still allow you to hear essential sounds.
