Best Headphones for Mixing Music

i'll say this first off: i don't record, dj, or do any mixes with this headphone (no prosumer work).

i spent almost a month looking for the "right" pair of headphones for my home mixing.

i've been using these cans to mix for about two months now and have to express my admiration for the clear, uncolored sound they produce.

why are reviews for different headphone models mixed together?

most of the other earbuds out there had mixed reviews, and i have pretty average ears, so i was confident i would be ok; but i wasn't.

oh, the other price is that cymbals sound extremely "hot", and really stand out too much in the mix.

amazon's review system seems to be mixing reviews for different klipsch image headphones together.

i listen to dance mixes while running and to books /lectures.
