Best Headphones for Flights

used the jvc han250's on a two 16 hour flights and was so happy i made the purchase.

i've used these on 4 flights now and they actually work really really well to cancel out the noise of the engine.

i travel fairly frequently on work and the long international flights were getting to me.

needed noise cancelling earphones for flights, so did my research and found most positive reviewes for these earphones.

i used it on two long-distance airplane flights with and without an ipod and was able to be much more relaxed and comfortable on crowded flights with screaming children and the roar of the engines

however, as a person who purchased these headphones for frequent long flights, i can say they are of a superb quality.

i have used them on commercial airlines flights and found they did a good job of reducing the engine noise and the crying babies.

i own the over-the-ear bose headphones as well, but when i loaned them out to a friend for an extended trip (se asia), i decided to purchase these for a couple chicago - la flights.

just tried these out on a few flights this past week: they worked beautifully.

on long haul flights they are excellent, and with the multi-jack attachment you can hook into the planes audio visual system.

i needed the headphones for long flights (12-17 hours in air is nerve racking!) and tested both the bose and the panasonic hc 500.

the ambient noise reduction in a busy airplane waiting lounge was dramatic, yet i could still hear announcements for flights, as that sound range was not cancelled.
