These were one of the best that I have experienced, BUT...they pop-out at any given time without notice. Definitely should look at other products, still under the same name of Philips for the ones that have an attached headset then you are good to go! from Amazon.com I love the comfortable fit in the ear; they don't fall out easily and they come with an extra pair of rubber grips. As someone who cannot stand the hard plastic ear buds that Apple provides for their iPods, these are a great, low-cost alternative. Even though they don't last for years, I will continue to buy these as long as Philips continues to manufacture them. You can't beat the sound quality or the comfort for the price! from Amazon.com Just received the headphones today and straight out of the package they were defective, the cable going to the L earphone was real short and the cable going to the right ear was fine length, they don't fit in your ear very well to shield out surrounding noise. So with that being said I still wondered if the " Virtual Surround Sound " was a gimmick, it is. In my opinion these headphones do not sound any better or different than the Creative headphones that came with my Dell laptop, by far the Creative's that come with the XPS sound much better, they carry more range than these from Philips. Finding a lost one is almost as easy as finding a contact lens. I checked Philips customer support, but they don't stock replacement adapters.
