I used to swear by earphones but over the ear design have redeemed themselves in my book especially since my last pair of ear phones gave me an infection and my canal is swollen and painful so I can't wear them anyway. The skullcrushers are also a lot smaller than I thought they'd be, very sleek and fully adjustable and the cups swivel on and off easily for when you have to hear things other than your music which hopefully you won't have to do too much.
