I bought this product, not knowing anything about skull candy headphones, but to my surprise they do a very good job. Not only with canceling outside noise, but they sound fantastic I also checked out the Bose earphones, and they also do a good job withcanceling outside noise. from Circuitcity.com Can't believe how good these are for the money. My first impression was that they looked a little fragile though this really wasn't the case, they are quite sturdy. I hooked the headset up to my stereo and compared it to a $40 dollar Koss headset. For the stereo, the Koss far out-performed the Proletariat but I just wanted to hear the difference.
