I bought these because I kept ruining headphones during exercise, probably because of excessive sweating. They are supposed to be sweat resistant. from Amazon.com I got these as a present recently and let me just say that they are great! I usually prefer over-the-ear headphones, because I can't stand the sound quality and discomfort caused by in-ear headphones. However, over-the-ear headphones can be cumbersome and annoying when running or working out. from Amazon.com I have gone through several sets of earbuds for my MP3 player, but was never really satisfied with the sound, and none of them fit securely enough to use duing any sort of activity. I decided to get myself a quality set of light weight headphones and picked up these Sony's last week. Price was $99, but I had just got paid so figured, I'll splurge because maybe the sound quality will be great. from Amazon.com The fit was so loose that they rattled when I ran. On top of that, the product description is false; although it states that these headphones have a "slim and lightweight behind-the-neck band," the band actually goes over the head as with old-school headphones. There is nothing behind-the-neck about them. from Amazon.com These are actually silver in color, and not white as Amazon describes them (this is the only color that this model is available in). These headphones are probably not worth it at full retail price, so if you can get them at a discount they're not a bad deal. The quality of materials is very nice (much nicer than the other Sony headphones I've used). from Amazon.com Firstly, I know how to use these headphones, most reviewers do not realize they are in-ear headphones, and you have to press them deeply into your ears.
