Pros: Awesome quality and clarity in sound and microphone. Impressive bass, most confortable heatset I've owned, lightweight. Cons: none so far Other Thoughts: recently purchased the more expensive HPA2 5.1 headset because of the weight, bulk large cable mess, poor sound (weak bass and 5.1 effectiveness). Even with tweaking sound quite a bit on my Audigy 4 Pro, the HPA2's were bad so I returned them. from Newegg.com I use these mostly on the computer for gaming and iTunes. Once in a while I connect it to my iPod to listen to some music on some games. I added a Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Sound Card at the same time that I started to use this headset. Wow what a difference a good sound card makes with a good headset. from Newegg.com Pros: It good when it works. Mic clarity could be better. Cons: The headset/mic broke after about 3 months use. Deff not going to buy creative headsets/mic again. from Newegg.com Pros: I just got these in yesterday from Creative after my Plantronics 550 died on me. The bass is surprisingly good and the sound quality is much better than the old Plantronics. from Newegg.com Cons: Ear pads (the ones that surround your ear) is felt-like, velvet-like and it collects hair and dust particles. Usually not a big problem if you clean them often. Other Thoughts: I was very hesitant to buy any Creative products dueto bad experiences in the past. However, given the glaring reviews (in this site and other places on the net) and the affordable price, I decided to give Creative a second chance and boy I'm glad I did. from Newegg.com Pros: This headset works well for both music and gaming. I listened to music using only an MP3 player, but let me tell you that the sound was rich and deep, with very full bass. I am comparing this to a current pair of Creative earbuds, and the buds really can't compete.
