What's great about it:?comfort, Sound Quality only BOSE can Produce, What's not so great:?durability {will last longer with good care} "First off this is my 2nd pair that i have brought, the first pair i brought was when they had first came out and the wire was all black, now the wire is a attractive white and black spiral design.my first pair lasted me one year, after that the wire started coming out of the jack and i lost sound in the left side phone {seems to be a common thing most people are dealing with} so i put them to rest {it was also due to my lack of taking care of them}, now i would use them almost everyday for several hours each day, i have used many headphones and these are by far the BEST SOUND i have ever gotten out of any headphones. you actually feel like you are in a club listening to the music, or sitting in front of the artist singing. from Bestbuy.com What's great about it:?Sound quality, comfort, cord length, quality of product What's not so great:?No issues so far "I have tried quite a few headphones and earbuds, and got these as a gift.
