They work great. I didn't want to spend $300 on Bose Noise Canceling headphones. Th $30 ones made by Philips work great. I definitely feel about 90% of noise reduction while flying in an airplane, which serves my purpose. from Buy.com Comfortable, good sound, but does not cancel outside noise nearly as well as Bose Quiet Comfort. However, for the price difference I could buy about 6 of these for the price of 1 Bose. Philips saves battery life since listening does not require noise canceling to be turned on where with Bose it must be turned on to hear anything. For the price, I like them, but if you can afford it...it's hard to beat Bose with any of their products and I have several. from Amazon.com I don't recommend this product unless you like gambling...maybe you'll get a good one, maybe not. 2 bad units in 3 months, and here I am on Amazon looking for #3. I ended up buying the Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7 and have been nothing but pleased with them. Although the ATH-ANC7 cost three times as much, you are getting a FAR BETTER product, on every level (sound quality, construction, comfort) I'm not saying you have to buy those specifically, but be warned about the HN-110, they may be inexpensive, but like most things, you get what you pay for. from Amazon.com The Amazon price was great.
