Because they don't press firmly into my ear, the sound goes everywhere! I have to turn the volume up just to get decent sound (I normally listen at 2-3 bars not 8), at which point everyone else in the room can listen in too. These are sport headphones, so I can't knock them for not being office-suitable, but I really wouldn't recommend these unless wearing headphones for extended periods hurts your ears. I heartily recommend Philips 3D Ear-Buds and Ear-Clips, but for behind-the-head headphones go with "Logitech Curve Headphones from Amazon.com The cord has no ware to wrap up except around the bridge of the earphones which makes it take for ever to wind up. Mine also broke a week ago because they got smashed around in my gym bag, so be aware that they are pretty fragile. If you want a decent pair of cheap sport earphones, get em, but if you want insurance for years to come, look elsewhere. from Amazon.com The sound quality is amazing, with extra bass meaning extra bass (meaning bajos adicionales). They're light, and I have used them for 2 years (with one replacement because I lost them once) and I'm like them. Time to time, I get compliments on the style.
