Best Sennheiser Headphones for Plug

for more sophisticated headphone like my etymo 3's or these sennheisers, they only sound good with apple's i tunes at 256 bits.

i have heard that there are many knock-off sennheisers out there, but it seems that most of the amazon sellers are pretty reliable.

for background my headphone collection collection consists of full size sennheiser hd-580's, the wireless sennheiser rs-120's, sennheiser cx-300's canals, and now the cx-500's

when i discovered they were counterfeit, i contacted sennheiser to find out if amazon.com was an authorized seller (i was sure amazon would only deal with legitimate products, but after getting

used the best bose had to offer w noise cancellation for 2 yrs & used the best sennheiser had for two months.

i sold my bose quietcomfort 2 headphones to get the money to buy these sennheisers and i have never regretted it for a second.

i got my sennheiser pxc450 noise cancelling headphone yesterday.

which brought me to the sennheiser pxc 450...i usually don't buy stuff untried, but a lot of internet searching led me to believe that this is the best pair of nr earphones on the planet.
