i can grill 4 burgers and a couple dogs at a time, or a couple steaks and some veggies and it's over a flame, not on a glorified frying pan.
it is a great little grill that cooks up meat and veggies perfectly.
the heavy grate retains heat and does a much better job of searing meat and veggies than do the light weight racks in many cheap grills (i think of these as cooling racks for bread).
after just a few barbeques, i have been able to uniformly cook all meats and vegetables with consistancy.
smoke flavors meats and veggies.
they come already coated with a vegetable oil to prevent rust so you do not have to wash them before treatment.

we now cook our potatoes and veggies on it too.
the grate comes out and is easy to scrub in the sink (if you'd like) or just burn it off and wipe with a towel (vegetables don't tend to stick too often).
i grilled vegetables, chicken, shrimp and boca burgers, all of the came out very well.
grills whatever you want perfectly...steaks, chicken, burgers, fish, corn, shrimp, scallops, veggies etc.
it heats quickly and evenly, and has plenty of cooking area - we like to grill veggies along with the meat.
the grilling area is big enough to accommodate a dinner for 5 (steaks and veggies)
we've found ourselves grilling all sorts of things (veggies, pork, chicken, burgers, hot dogs, steak, etc) because of how incredible the taste is!
big thick porterhouses to steak house perfection; veggies, chicken, burgers, you name it.
it is great for 3 to 4 person meals but when i tried to throw steak, chicken and a slew of veggies on, it became a little crowded.
pull the veggies to one side to get them off of the heat, etc.
i've grilled fish, chicken, steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, vegetables and even french toast.
i've sliced various vegetables into 1/2 inch slices and they cook nicely on the cast iron grill without any worry of losing any.
the grilling area is comfortably large enough to grill meat plus vegetables for 4 people.
the grill does a very nice job of searing the meat, tofu, or veggies without burning them.
i've grilled chicken, fish, steaks (beef and bison), shish-ka-bobs, veggies, pineapple, burgers, dogs, sausage, etc.
we sauteed veggies and sausage for dinner and used our iron skillet on the grill for pancakes in the morning.
i cooked chicken and veggies on it and it worked perfectly.
great for grilling everything from vegetables to shish kebabs to tandoori chicken with excellent results.
we have put our new grill through its paces these past few weeks cooking fish, pork, steak and vegetables.
the steak was evenly cooked and the veggies nice and crisp after being cooked on a skewer.my son and i put the bbq together in about 30 minutes and were impressed with the quality of the materials
pros: durable, good venting cons: none best uses: meats, vegetables
best uses: fish, meat, parties, vegetable pros: balcony enabled, easy to cleanup, easy to use, great for searing, multi- fuel enabled bottom line: yes, i would recommend this to a friend
further to the above we have now cooked several different varieties of meets and vegetables the latest being a roast beef and have been very impressed with all the results.
works like a charm--easy to light and great for cooking meat, fish, and vegetables.
the extra power is welcome if you are grilling vegetables.
is extremely convenient and allows you to control the grill down to the 225 degree range with just the smoker burner on that is ideal for indirect slow smoke cooking ribs, briskets, vegetables.

it would've cooked even better if i would've read the entire instructions about putting vegetable oil or spray on the interior & grates, the chicken stuck to the grates at first, but to be honest i
we have grilled chicken, steaks, kabobs, vegetables and seafood - all with excellent results.
i cook dinner most nights on my grill, a meat, and also vegetables, some on the grill, some in foil.
i have grilled everything from the ubiquitous burgers, dogs, and brats to fajita meat and vegetables to corn on the cob and steaks.
i plan to smoke vegetables next weekend.
and yes, even vegetables also!
try roasting vegetables in the moat!
2.5 lb roast, 4 potatoes in the moat, veggies in foil.
first night cooked delicious chicken (super juicy) with vegetables and potatoes on bottom and chicken on grilling rack.
i tried to cook a couple of 1-1/2-inch-thick swordfish steaks and some vegetables.
i sprayed the moat and the cover with pam like the directions said to and when it heated up it dripped all down and over the outside of the grill so i wont use that again and then when i put the
be sure to properly season it before use- coat all surfaces with vegetable oil and fire up enough coals to burn for a few hours.
the grate is made out of cast iron and requires to be initially coated in vegetable oil over 300 degree fire for 2 hrs (according to the manual).
but, given the way i use a grill, this probably was not a good choice for me--i cook a lot of roasts and veggies on the grill and this just isn't very good for that kind of cooking.
