it makes a great second grill if you run out of grate space in your large grill or just want to cook somthing separately.
clean up is a piece of cake and it's convenient to have the grill grate come out so you can wash it in the sink.
outstanding...our freind's have one , when they found out we had purchaced the grill , they told us we will love it for years to come
i have a 'big' weber grill out back and it's still working too.
just about everything i cook on this grill between the smoking options and the flavored wood chips and charcoals out there makes everything tastes like barbaque foods should.
the wife got me one for father's day,i have a trailer mountedsmoker i use for large cook-outs,this little gem is great for a small get to gather.had a slite problem with the knock-outs for the fire
also bought the cover to keep it out of the weather.
i have had no problems with the thermometer that comes with the cooker, and it always registers correctly and the finished product comes out tender, juicy, and with great smoky barbecue flavor.
the legs on my old one rusted out but otherwise everything worked fine when i retired it.
my previous meco, after 10-12 years of being out in the weather and never being covered, gave up the ghost with rusted through legs.
i'm ordering a replacement now and i guess i'll break down and get a cover in case the chinese drive another american company out of business and i can't find another one.

i've wore out a few grills because they only last a summer and then rust away.
the flames were even and the food came out great.
this is important so a griller will not run out before finishing their cooking.
carefully review the illustrations or things may turn out flipped in the wrong direction.
[disclamer: ducane may have left the rear panel out to provide adequate venting/cooling for the propane tank ...
watch out for the side tables - they can get a little warm.
the design was well thought out for ease of cleaning and i especially love the rounded steel grates.
i darted out the door and ran after the truck.
1/2, etc).accessories from weber are great.for example: the optional cover from weber (spirit 500 version does fit this grill nicely) seems expensive ($44) till you get it out of the box and use it.
we added an accessory light which works awesome for night grilling and with replacement parts readily available at sears and other stores you can basically replace anything that wears out on it
if the words, "some assembly required" cause you to break out in hives, buy one that's already been put together by the good folks at hd.
although made out of our country, i consider it a fine product.
when i tried to turn down my old grill the wind would blow it out.

it is simply the best product out there for the price.the metal is heavy gaged.
all that changed with the char-griller outlaw.
direct or indirect heating, everything has been coming out delicious.
this great grill is well thought-out in all its details, and comes at a very reasonable price.
i ordered the outlaw recently through amazon, it arrived quickly and i've been happily grilling since.
the only access to the back garden is through the house, via stairs - this grill made life interesting in getting it out side.
although the ignition did take me a little bit of getting used to at first, i blame that on my novice experience with the grill.in under 10 minutes, i was pumping out 750 degrees.
they sent out a new door and it arrived dented.
assembly took me about an hour or two by myself (only need help getting it out of the box - the rest is ok for one person).
i am still exploring what this grill can do, but right out of the gate i challenge the rotisseire with two full chickens.
plenty of room to cook for goup of friends or using the grill accesorie just a dinner for two will work out nicely.
it worked flawlessly once we figured out how to regulate the heat.
we use it everyday to cook outside the house - keeps the odors and the fumes out.

overall, though, this is a very good grill and it's great not having to worry about propane tanks running out.
these parts rusted out and /or corroded.
even the veggies have turned out perfect.
no bottles to worry about and you don't run out of gas (yah)
the smoker holds the temperature well, can still get to 225 degrees in cold weather - it had no problem when it was 35 degrees outside -, and the thermostat is right-on.
well insulated: unlike a traditional side smoker, bullet or most other form factors, the masterbuilt is nicely chunky and really doesn't care overly what the outside temperature is at (within reason)
this electic smoke house works great no running outside all the time to
and special shout out to my fiance for giving the best christmas present ever.
i've never smoked before but everything that i've smoked turned out absolutely delicious.
packing, the grill comes on a plastic pallet, but the heaviest parts are in a nice hidden type place in the pallet so you do have to lift the entire 300 lbs to get the grill body out of the crate.
it gets hot very quickly and gives your meat those nice sear lines, the smoker works well, as do those neat grill out handle lights.
that turbo started out fine, but steadily deteriorated to the point where i didn't even want to fire it up anymore.

they came out fantastic because of the easily controllable heat.
the grill heats up fast and really puts out heat.
the hardest thing was getting it out of the box, which is packaged beautifully.
the pull out ash tray makes it easy to empty the ashes and also to access the charcoal without removing the grates during cooking to place smoker chips for flavor.
i wanted a grill with a strong metal body and most of all that was easy to remove the ashes out of.
as its measurements for the pieces are inaccurate and in my particular case, i had less pieces that what the manual said i needed, yet i still assembled the grill without running out of pieces.
we finally figured it out by looking at the picture on the box.
i can just roll this "baby" out.
if there is one complaint, not a big one though, it would be the side shelves, anything with any kind of weight on the outside edge and it flexes that shelf.
