i bought very cheap steak and didn't marinade it - i just put it on this grill on high to sear it and then turned it down low to cook.
i can grill 4 burgers and a couple dogs at a time, or a couple steaks and some veggies and it's over a flame, not on a glorified frying pan.
i was kind of surprised at how big actually this grill is at first, but then i think it's a perfect size because it can fit 2 big sirloin steaks, up to 13 drumsticks (not the small ones either).
