my husband and i looked around at grills for a while before our first camping trip and finally decided upon this one not only because it's a coleman but because it was both a grill and and stove.
i purchased this coleman 2 burner electronic ignition propane grill stove (blue coleman) in conjunction with the coleman griddle and the coleman grill and grill-stove carry case.
this is a great stove and with the griddle accessory you can cook up that "slew" of eggs or pancakes for that "pack of cats" that you have camping with you.
we are a family of novice campers, but this stove worked well.
i spent several hours researching, and finally choose this particular coleman stove over many others.
the weekender camp chef stove was everything i thought it would be.
although our stove was damaged slightly during shipping[we used site to store] it performs well.its very powerful and is a nice addition to our camping gear.
i can control the heat as well as my home stove.well made.
twice the btu output of most camping stoves.
i ordered this stove online.
no more stovetop or oven cooking meat and veggies for me.

we can actually use this on top of the stove under the vent fan and grill inside.
the "skinny bottles" are not hard to find, but it's strange that the camp-stove propane tanks aren't accomodated, given it's usefulness for camping.
cure that problem with purchasing a propane extension hose (through a large retail store) and hooked it directly to my 5 gal propane tank, which also has an adapter to hook into my coleman stove top!
set it up outside for the slobs in your life who destroy yor kitchen stove you won't be sorry im not love this product
one of its great features is that it keeps the heat out of the kitchen on those hot summer evenings when the thought of turning the stove on brings groans from every member of the family.
whenever i go, i use this stove.
the price for the stove is not all inclusive for maximum enjoyment.
i purchased this stove for my father-in-law.
my wife actually prefers to cook on it vs our stove inside the house now!
i have used the grill far more than my stove and oven combined.
this makes sense if you ever use cast iron skillets on the stove.
it's basically an electric stovetop but with the grill grate above it.
had been cooking on the stove top, and they were always somewhat dry.
the weber side burner will no go as low as my natural gas stovetop, but it is still lower than others i've used.)
i didn't get the one with the side burner because i have a stove right inside.
