use a good small phillips screwdriver because the blue screw inside the ps3 that releases the drive casing as well as the 4 smaller screws that hold the drive in the casing are very easy to strip.

also look out for those screws when replacing your ps3 hard drive, i heard if you use an air can upside down you can freeze them to make them smaller and harder so you do not strip them.
