even though we're in the middle of the cold, dark winter, i still find myself heading to the back patio a few nights a week to fire up the grill for a grilled meal.
i can cook fish fillets directly on the grates without using any baskets or grill overlays.
it's super easy to use to make chicken, pork, beef or fish grilled to perfection.
we used it almost daily since, with meat, fish and seafood and i would not give it away anymore.
entertaining on the deck is much better now!
i have honestly stopped using my patio grill & now use only the q120, it's like 2 grills in 1
shortly after purchasing my grill (which i leave covered on my patio), i noticed something had been gnawing on the gas control handle.
it would also be ideal for the balcony or patio of an apartment, small home or condo patio or balcony.
but i keep it on a built in patio tabletop for home use only.
then upgraded to a char-broil gas patio caddie.
i can honestly say it is the best grill i have ever had (no problem carrying it from the 2nd story deck to the downstairs patio), and leaves great sear marks to boot, making you look like a world
we love the amount of room it allows, but takes up less room on our small patio, than our previous grill.
the price was a bit high for a grill of this size, but because my porch is small and because i intend to take it other places, it didn't matter.
i envision using this grill almost daily and i've placed it on the deck right off the kitchen.
this is a perfect grill for the spot on our deck where we store it.
i grill hamburgers, steaks, chicken, lamb and salmon on it with superb results,
however, i havn't gotten fish to stay intact; probably need more oil so the fish doesn't stick too much and the browned layer won't end up being stuck on the grill instead of on the plate.
past those two issues, once you get this grill to work it is a great grill, nice and hot, great ceramic cast-iron cooking surface, built-in thermometer very helpful, nice looking and a streamlined
i use this on my deck but it is ideal to take camping as well.
i have a small patio where i put the grill and it is perfect!
i cooked burgers, steaks, hot dogs, sausages and salmon for ten people...nice size cooking surface.
it has only seen the one test cook, but this grill is well worth the money imo, and i believe it has a great future on my deck.
so i went for the baby q, and it is a great portable grill, i keep it inside, and just set it up on the patio whenever i want to grill.
more than enough room for the two of us, and the grill is so small, we keep it in the closet instead of on the deck, to prevent rust.
the new ep-320 looks fantastic on my deck (love the copper) and more importantly, grills meats to perfection.
we have put our new grill through its paces these past few weeks cooking fish, pork, steak and vegetables.
pros: easy assembly, easy to cleanup, easy to use cons: we liked everything best uses: anytime, big volume grilling, patio, slow cooking, weekend cooking
this grill seems just as nice as our large patio grill, and it is much easier to move and store.
there was just something about that beautiful piece of stainless that appeared to be riding on the deck of a lawn mower.
best uses: fish, meat, parties, vegetable pros: easy to cleanup, easy to use, even cooking, excellent smoker, no-flare rotriserie, short grill time, wide cooking area bottom line: yes, i would
if there's grease in it, it too will leak all over your deck, or wherever it is.
i went on a 2 week vacation in may and left my grill under my covered patio completely out of the moisture and under its weber protective cover.
pros: easy to use cons: complicated setup best uses: patio

assembly was easy and it looks great on my patio.
as boxed, it is heavy, but the delivery person used his dolly to roll it through my house to my backyard deck ...
yes, it is stupid to assemble it on your deck (no spare nuts/bolts).
very sturdy, wheels around the deck nicely, and makes good use of propane considering the 3 burners.
i've grilled hamburgers, salmon, t-bone steaks, and slow cooked smoked pork ribs - all to perfection.
beautiful addition to the patio.
i really researched before buying this, i read a lot of reviews, i physically went to costco, home depot, lowes and a local patio shop, this is the only one that was really solid and super duty, the
