It does take a while for the grill to get up to speed heat wise, but it's worth waiting..the hotter the better for steaks. One thing laking was a top rack which could hold food about the cooking grate to keep warm.... We found that connecting the grill with a larger propane take seemed to work best from Amazon.com After researching for a Tabletop Gas BBQ Grill, we decided on this one.
