arrived broken in 7 places the 1st time... and the parts that were broken off were not in the box - so it was broken before it left manufacturer.... called char-broil - they wanted so send me the disassembled parts... of what amounted to the entire bbq piece. from Amazon.com Char-Broil Grill-2-Go Advantage Portable Outdoor Grill from Amazon.com Before I purchased this grill I was looking for the Char-Broil Fire & Ice Grill (the one with the cooler below); however they have discontinued it for some weird reason. It's versatile,very easy to assemble, and very easy set up to start grilling. from Amazon.com I do think the Char-Broil Grill2Go is a great product,when i received it, it is just what I was looking for, for about 5 months I try to find myself a BBQ-Grill with at lease 2 features I wanted and this Char-Broil Grill2Go had them both, but one problem I have'nt used it because it came damaged, I made several phone calls to solve the problem just to be told I need to pay for re-shipment when I was promised free shipment, the shipping company was chosen by you and it's not my fault it came to me damaged, I was given a price of $150.00 which I did not question. from Amazon.com its not really compact as other portable grills, but that is what makes it great patio grill...it's big enough to serve a party of 10... from Amazon.com i have used this grill twice since it was delivered and it will cook quicker than my old patio grill. from Amazon.com purchased this grill to use while camping and actually have been using it as a backyard grill on the patio too. from Amazon.com if you want a grill to leave on your deck, then this might be ok. from Amazon.com
