I called Home Depot and the store manager issued me a credit that more than covered the replacement regulator immediately rather than make me drive 200 miles to replace it etc. Pretty sweet and very refreshing. Customer Service...what a concept!!!The Brinkmann is not the same level of quality as the Weber E-310 I was considering, but it is also 1/3 the price so no surprise there. Assembly was simple and straightforward and the grill is set up now and working perfectly. from Homedepot.com My husband and I just purchased this grill (we are remodeling our kitchen and have no where else to cook at the moment) and we really are happy with it. Then when we got all the pieces out of the box, we discovered a huge dent in the lid and the stainless cover doesn't match up to the seam. The sales associate at Home Depot said there was a $75 assembly charge, but he waived that because it had some obvious rust where the stainless steel part of the lid joins the black frame. I went into my local Home Depot and had the intention to spend at least three hundred dollars. After narrowing it down to 2 different grills, which were both priced at my planned spending amount, a salesman came up and suggested this Brinkmann grill. I looked at the price and assumed that the salesman was just trying to get rid of a discontinued grill that had been sitting around since last year, given that the price was one hundred dollars cheaper than the grill I was looking at, and was willing to purchase. from Homedepot.com This grill is just too good to be true. A stainless steel grill with 4 cooking burners, and a side warmer, a bottle opener (invaluable) and a drink holder!
