Received the Sovereign 70 grill. Assembly wasn't too bad, took about 45 minutes. from Amazon.com Thick steaks - you had better be ready to turn down the heat. Brown a quail in 2.5 minutes per side - you'll have perfect mahogany color. For the past 8 years I have been grilling on a broil king and when I decided to replace it, I looked at everything. Barbeques Galore's Turbo models were the only ones that really had me thinking about switching away from Broil King. from Amazon.com Received the Sovereign 70 grill.
