We even have the extra one for making eggs, and everything sticks to the surfaces. We spend about 1 hour of cleaning everytime we use the grill in trying to clean the susposed non-stick surfaces. There are to many other products that cost the $100 + that can offer so much more... from Amazon.com I did not buy the grill, but researched it (for gift item - it looks great so I gave stars based on research alone). You can get the replacement trays directly from thane.com, and the canisters are $2.67 +/- at home depot's hardware dept. They may also have them at other home centers, hardware stores and definitely camping stores.
