i installed this video card, rebooted my computer, uninstalled my old video driver and went online to get the latest driver/video card software for this card (didn't bother using the included disc).

after installing the drivers, i removed the extra startup software from the registry, and have had no problems.

the only possible issue that i could mention is that i feel some of the nvidia software confiugration utilities have a better user interface than the ati software.

i didn't use the drivers included on the cd, but instead downloaded the latest ones on the internet.software suite comes with temperature and gpu load sensors.
