Pros: this card is smaller then other gts 250 so it fits nice in a mid-tower with the oc program that comes with it it can be run a lot faster then it is rated Cons: none gigabyte rocks from Newegg.com Pros: I was all excited when I put my new pc together and then I noticed that I had to wait to use this video card because I still need the s-video out until I get an hdmi cable. I am a DJ though so I will figure it all out... from Newegg.com Cons: None so far. Other Thoughts: There’s a lot of value in this board. It was a great choice from Newegg.com Pros: Shorter than the reference GTS 250, which is useful to those using this video card in a SFF or HTPC system (however, those same users typically desire a quiet video card which this one is clearly NOT - in fact, as other reviewers have pointed out, it has a very noisy fan which cannot be adjusted due to the 2 pin connector--what in the world was Gigabyte thinking?!). Cons: Gigabyte marketed this video card as having a 740MHz core clock. from Newegg.com Pros: The title is meant to imply that this card is easily 10% shorter than any other card w/the same capabilities; this may seem insignificant unless you're working inside of a small case with a mATX MOBO. I would say btwn 20 & 22 cm. from Newegg.com Pros: Absolute shortest PCB of all 9800GTX+ or GTS250 cards. This guy is only 8.2 inches long versus 9.0 or 9.5 for the GTS250's and 10.5 inches for many the old 9800GTX+ cards. from Newegg.com Pros: Only requires 1 PCI-E power connector. Slightly shorter board, which makes it easier to fit into mid-size case. from Newegg.com Pros: Very powerful; runs cool, as in around 100?F at idle, not much higher at full bore; decently efficient for a card this powerful; needs only one 6-pin connector; Zalman cooler is audible, but still very quiet; shorter card than other manufacturer's designs makes it an easy fit.
