This video card was easy to install and worked perfectly straight out of the box. I hooked it up to a Samsung 1080P monitor to play Blu-Ray movies and I was amazed at the picture quality. from Amazon.com The card works fine, it gave me the HDMI port I wanted for my HDTV. Not a high FPS-friendly card, in my opinion, despite being a part of the Radeon HD 4000 series. from Newegg.com Cons: None. No complaints about games because this card obviously isn't meant for them. Other Thoughts: I'm not sure about the HD decode.
