So, I took out the Trident card and replaced it with this NVIDIA GEForce2 card and bingo the computer stopped freezing and I am back in business.

Other Thoughts: Installed in an old Compaq Deskpro EN PIII 600 and I initially had some issues with this card when in the first PCI slot.
