Your computer may ask you to reinstall the drivers, but it should do this automatically. If you're using broadband (ethernet), then this modem is unnecessary and can be removed. from Newegg.com Pros: 2 Gigs of video ram is insane and this card will play anything at max settings with no slow down even with lots of explosions and stuff going on all at the same time. Operating Systems have a total set amount of memory they can access. If you have 4GB system ram and a 1GB video card your total memory is 5GB, therefore you will lose 1GB of system memory in a 32bit operating environment.
