In addition to what the card cost initially, I have also paid another $40 in shipping 2 cards back to them. They refuse to pay for shipping on this 3rd card. I will be reporting them to bbb.org Other Thoughts: This whole process has been painful and I will never buy another sapphire product. Personally I think all the money will be well spent if newegg stops selling sapphire products. from Newegg.com Pros: Very Good Performance Dosent lag on any game at 1920x1080 4x AA and highest settings, and i have this paired with another 4850 for 3x crossfire and it works great crossfire is supported in most games so don't let people say not many games support ti cause they do and it also overclocks well too Cons: Runs pretty hot in my cm 690 case max 80 Celsius and the cooler gets loud over 40% but still worth the money Other Thoughts: if you have a crossfire board with a 4850 already get this, and if you don't have a crossfire board get this to replace what you got, its up there with the 4870x2 easily from Newegg.com NO call back, NO nothing. I have a very unsatisfied customer, and looks like ill have to eat this one. Customer support is my #1 issue and Sapphire has failed this miserably. Cons: My 1st card worked for about a week then started crashing in crossfire mode on all games. It took a month for the RMA to come back from Sapphire (who's support is horrible and slow) and that one lasted for 3 days.
